An Android/PC user tries iOS/Mac
As you may know I’ve been a long time apple hater and I decided this weekend to really test my hate and see if it was for a good reason or not. I’ve not owned any “new” apple products of my own and only used others so I decided especially since I want to further SocialBlade’s mobile efforts to pick up an ipod touch also a macbook pro. Also since I’ll be trying this out I decided to take you all with me. 🙂
In this video you get my initial thoughts of having the ipod only for a few hours. I’ve loaded up most of the apps I’ve been using and synced my music onto it. So far not all that impressed. Leave a comment of some things you think it really excels at if you’re an iphone/ipod user.
ipod specs: 1 GHz (underclocked to 800 MHz)
Galaxy Nexus: Dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9
Also here’s a question for any ipod/iphone users: I tried to upload this from the camera app to youtube. It was processing the video and then the screen auto turned off. After I turned it back on it looks like it aborted. Is that true? I had to start over uploading it to youtube 🙁
