Trilogy Tuesday Was Awesome
Just a quick entry since I really should be working on my exam right now but Trilogy Tuesday yesterday was so cool.
Timeline
- Arrived at the theater about 11:15am
- There was a car parked in the parking lot with "Mordor or Bust" painted on their back windshield.. soo cool!!
- The line was already fairly long but luckily a few others from the line party were already there saving spots so I got up close to the front.
- Doors opened at 11:30
- We were amazed at how big the theater actually was. Apparently they had oversold one screen so they split us up into two rooms so everyone had great seats. I was in theater 8 and had seats in "the row in front of the bar". Great seats!!
- While we were waiting we took a trip to burger king for lunch and got crowns for the return of the king. :)
- FOTR started at 1:15pm. Just before the movie began 22news came in and filmed a segment for the news that night. You can only see my arm (17 sec) although aylaanne and bonj are visible. aylaanne is also heard on camera saying "lights off!!" (26 secs) Here is a link to download the news clip.
- TTT started at 5:30
- About ten minutes into TTT we got collectible gifts from Weta that were LOTR picture frames with actual film from each of the movies! I'll post more about this later probably.
- Had dinner at the movies after TTT (chicken tenders)
- When ROTK began everyone went wild! I will not post any spoilers here except for saying that the battle in this movie was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much cooler then the one in TTT. If you haven't seen ROTK yet GO SEE IT!! And if you have already seen it I probably don't have to tell you to see it again but I sure will be doing that.

MORDOR OR BUST! That's hilarious. Sounds like it was a blast.
Urgo, now that you've graduated it's time to learn the difference between then and than. It took a while for me, but Hannah has taught me well.

That was so cool! I haven't seen the clip yet, but I will. I had the best time, and I still say that MY frame is the best!
Did you know they're already on ebay?
Oh, and you didn't say how smart I was to bring a chair. Obviously. ;-)
