School's out for the summer!!.. oh wait, no it's not
Well it sure has been awhile since my last update. Much has happened since my last post, most notably school has started back up again. Here are a few of the highlights. Everyone is now settled back into UMass for our second week of classes. I still have my job so thats good. While money is not everything, it is definitely needed at times. :) My classes seem to be pretty manageable this semester. You can see most of the links over to the left of this posting, all except for my Gym class which starts tomorrow. I have never taken a physed class at UMass so Intermediate Swimming should be something different. Other events that happened in the past few weeks include the formation of a new IRC network, TVEps.net. This IRC network has been created for people world wide to talk about recent happenings in their favorite TV shows, and get in touch with others who are fanatics. If you'd like to check it out theres a java client that lets you chat from your web browser, or in a real irc client type /server irc.tveps.net. Speaking of TV shows, for anyone who hasn't been watching ABC late at night check it out. The Jimmy Kimmel Live show aka JKL is a new talk show like Letterman but MUCH more laid back. Check it out at 12:05am EST for a laugh or two. :) One of my favorite parts so far was when live on TV Jimmy (one of the hosts from The Man Show) called up QVC and HSN to order clothing for Oprah's birthday. =] (To talk about the show use the #JKL chatroom on irc.tveps.net).
