Battlestar Galactica Review (YTO 204)

Perhaps it was because was because I started watching almost four years ago on a previous vacation or perhaps it was because it was because I just visited the military site Pearl Harbor but to and from Hawaii on the plane, and then all day today I took the time and finally finished watching Battlestar Galactica. If you haven't seen the show or even heard of it before you don't know what you're missing out on. If you have started watching it and gave up, I was in the same boat as you but after you get past the long set up its really a great story and acted out wonderfully. Okay, so if you haven't heard of it, Battlestar Galactica is basically the story of an end of days scenario where the human race is obliterated by an artificial intelligence it has created and goes on sailing through the universes looking for a new home called Earth. As the story goes humans migrated to 12 planets long ago but there also was a 13th colony on a planet called Earth that was kept from them, and since all their planets have been destroyed they are now seeking refuge there if only they can find it. However, even as only a small number of them escaped the apocalypse their enemy hunts them ever still along their way as they too are seeking Earth. The show uses a lot of mythology and religion or rather spiritual references as to not be religious, after all the colonists themselves are basically still following something like the greek gods.
