Here is the tentative schedule:
Fri August 26th
If people are going to be arriving Friday a pre-gathering event will be scheduled as well.
Saturday August 27th
Noon to whenever: Gathering downtown Raleigh (park or restaurant)
Sunday August 28th
Caravan from Raleigh to the Outer Banks NC
Sunday-Sunday:
Depending on how many people are going events will be scheduled at the Outer Banks
Sunday September 4th
Caravan back to Raleigh go home
Accommodations in Raleigh:
hotel suggestions coming soon
Accommodations in the Outer Banks:
renting a house is relatively cheap if done in groups. hotels are available too
