23 and Urgo – Do You Want To Know How You’ll Die? (Urgo’s YTO 14 Day 352)
Today I got my DNA kit in the mail form 23andme and promptly completed the instructions and sent it back. For several years I’ve been watching this site and others like it always wanting to give it a whirl but the price was always too high. I’m pretty satisfied with the deal though that I got on this ($14.95 shipping $108 for a year of updates) and can’t wait to see the results.
I’ve been fortunate to be pretty healthy up to this point but will be interested to see what is in store for me and perhaps get some hints on what to do to prevent some stuff that I am more prone to get.
Would you (or have you already) even done something like that? I LOVE stats so other then the risks of insurance agencies and the govt doing bad things with my data knowing the facts doesn’t really scare me but I imagine it will to some. Let me know your thoughts!
